Discover how “You Too Can Go To College”
Dr. Paul Risser, former Chancellor, sets the theme for this program and higher education in general, which is “You Too Can Go To College!” He emphasizes that college graduates earn more money over a lifetime than students who end their education with a high school diploma.
Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program
This scholarship program, Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program (OHLAP), is a great opportunity for students in grades eight through ten to sign up for and earn free college tuition.
